เรื่องย่อเรื่องราวของ “เอ็มม่า” หญิงสาวแม่ม่ายลูกติดคนหนึ่งที่มีชื่อว่า “โซเฟีย” ซึ่งเธอนั้นได้พบรักกับ “ฟรานซิสโก้” ชายหนุ่มคนหนึ่ง โดยเอ็มม่าและฟราซิสโก้ได้วางแผนเอาไว้ว่าจะแต่งงานกันในระยะเวลาอันใกล้นี้ พวกเขาจึงได้วางแผนในการใช้วันหยุด เพื่อเดินทางไปพบกับแม่ของฟราซิสโก้ที่อยู่ทางตอนใต้ของประเทศอิตาลี ซึ่งเมื่อเดินทางไปถึงแล้วเอ็มม่ากลับพบว่าแม่ของชายหนุ่มที่เธอรักมีอะไรแปลกๆไป เหมือนจะเป็นหมอผีก็ไม่เชิง เพราะแม่ของฟราซิสโก้มีการใช้คุณไสยเพื่ออะไรหลายๆอย่างอีกด้วยแต่แล้วก็มีเหตุการณ์แปลกๆเกิดขึ้นกับลูกสาวของเธอเอง โดยเริ่มจากการละเมอลุกขึ้นมาทำร้ายตัวเอง และหลังจากนั้นลูกสาวเธอก็ได้โดนแมงมุมกัด ซึ่งไม่ว่าจะพาไปหาหมอที่ไหนก็ยังไม่ดีขึ้น แถมยังแย่ลงเรื่อยๆอีกต่างหาก นั่นก็เพราะว่าลูกสาวของเธอโดนคุณไสยเล่นงานด้วยการผูกพันธะจากใครสักคนเข้าให้แล้วหนังเรื่องนี้เริ่มต้นพล็อตเรื่องได้น่าสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะมันเป็นเนื้อเรื่องที่ค่อนข้างแปลกใหม่ แต่ในส่วนของการเล่าเรื่องนั้นยังไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่ควร กว่าจะมีการเข้าถึงเนื้อเรื่องจริงๆก็ปาไปครึ่งเรื่องได้แล้ว อีกทั้งเรื่องราวยังไม่มีที่มาที่ไปสักเท่าไร อยู่ดีๆคิดอยากจะพูดถึงก็พูด แต่ถ้าไม่อยากพูดถึงแล้วก็ตัดจบไปง่ายๆซะอย่างนั้น มีอยู่อย่างเดียวที่แอดว่าหนังเรื่องนี้ทำออกมาได้ดี นั่นก็คือน้องนักแสดงเด็กที่แสดงเป็นลูกของเอ็มม่านั่นเอง คือเธอแสดงได้ดี สมบทบาท ดูแล้วชวนให้เราแอบหลอนได้เบาๆ หนังสยองขวัญ…คลิก
